Esto es guiso de conejo con zanahorias, coliflor y salsa de cebolla. La foto no es muy buena - la comida se ve un poco insípida - pero era bastante agradable.
Rabbit es probablemente la carne de buena calidad más barato que puedes comprar aquí (alrededor de $ 4-5 por conejo) y viene "en el hueso" o en trozos cortados en cubitos. Rabbit is probably the cheapest good quality meat you can buy here (around $4-5 per rabbit) and it comes 'on the bone' or in diced pieces. It's a red meat, similar to... I don't know what! I think it's classed as 'game' meat, which has a different taste to meat like poultry, pork or beef. It's a deeper meat taste. I have made a pie with it before and it was lovely!
